B.P. Horizon-Travel Sp. z o.o. – as owner of Confero.pl – reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy. Each person using Confero.pl in any way is bound by the current Privacy Policy.

Any introduced changes do not influence the basic principle: we do not sell nor give access to personal data nor addresses of customers or users of Confero.pl to third persons.

Personal data.
While using Confero.pl you may be asked to give your personal data by filling in a form etc. Generally the data we will ask of you is your name and e-mail address. In case of order forms you will be asked to give your personal data, in which case if you do not give the required data, then the activity that required them cannot be used.

Unannounced messages.
B.P. Horizon Travel reserves the right to send unannounced messages to people whose contact data will be received thanks to activity related with Confero.pl. As unannounced messages are understood to be information related directly to Confero.pl (e.g. changes, internal promotions), non-commercial letters (e.g. greetings, information on viruses, personal commentaries etc.) and commercial information sending of which was paid for by the sponsor of Confero.pl. Commercial information is filtered by B.P. Horizon Travel to such extent as it is possible, its volume is limited and it is sent sporadically – not more often than once a week.

Disclosed personal data.
Personal data given with the offers, other materials related to Confero.pl are available to everyone who visits our Internet portal. B.P. Horizon Travel has no means to protect you from private persons or companies who will use these data in order to send you undefined information. That is why these data are not subject to Privacy Policy.

Cookies.
Some areas of Confero.pl may use cookies, i.e. small text files sent to Internet user’s PC identifying him in a way necessary to simplify or cancel a given operation.
